Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that establish our shipping policy.


All orders are fulfilled within 2-3 working days. Some orders placed on weekends and holidays may take longer. 


Standard (3-7 Business Days)

Standard is the most cost-effective shipping option. Packages sent this method should be delivered within 7 working days*. 

This option is also free shipping options. We do have minimum order requirements for free shipping options. At this time, we can not provide free shipping for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any P.O. Boxes.


Expedited (2-3 Business Days)

 Packages that ship expedited should be delivered within approximately 2-3 business days


Express (1-2 Business Days)

 Packages that ship express should be delivered within approximately 1-2 business days*.


In-Store Pickup

     Please contact us before making arrangements for in-store pickups.


International Shipping Options

 Advertised options differ by country, depending on where the final order's destination is. APO/FPO/DPO addresses, in most cases, do not have any guaranteed delivery/transit time, whether stated or implied. Transportation times are an estimation of average delivery times and do not estimate for customs or importing inspection/evaluation periods.

Note: All delivery windows are in working days and do not include weekends. *Order Processing Time is not incorporated in this delivery time frame.


Order Processing:

Orders placed on through our website take roughly 1 business day to process. In some cases, orders will be packed and shipped the same day.  This may include time to ensure the payment has processed, the order has screened for approval, and the shipping address verified. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on business days may not be processed until the next business day. Further factors may delay processing time based on customer response time, as outlined in the Order Approval section.


Order Approval:

Orders that require additional confirmation, anti-fraud verification, or address validation may pause the processing and shipping times vary on the customer response time. Our order team will contact you via email or phone within 1 working day for orders that need additional verification. Responses that we receive after hours or on non-working days will be handled on the next working day. 

If your shipping address doesn't match your billing addresses will we attempt to contact you via email to confirm your order details. In some cases, this may affect order processing by 1 working day or more. This depends on how long it takes you to reply to our emails. To avoid these possible delays, we highly encourage shipping to your confirmed billing.


Shipping Companies:

All orders ship via one of the following shipping companies: UPS, FedEx, or USPS. 


Shipping Rates:

Most of our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the items. Airsoft bbs can weight over 2 pounds per bottle so the weight can build up fairly quickly. Our teams' goal is to provide you with the best rates possible for your order. Some options may even be free shipping. 


Shipping Times:

Shipping transit times will differ depending on the service level you happen to select. Packages that are shipped out after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays, weekend, or a holiday may not be picked up by carriers until the following working day.

Please remember UPS charges extra for Saturday delivery regardless of which shipping speed you select. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us to make prior arrangements. 

If your package is delivered later than expected, please check the carriers for service interruptions or alerts.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for specific orders. Free shipping promotions are for the lower 48 states. We can not provide free shipping for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any P.O. Boxes at the current time. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned orders which received free shipping may receive a refund or store credit less than the shipping cost. 


Important Information for International Customers: 

To avoid complications with delivery, please contact us regarding international orders.

We may ship overseas with certain restrictions. Contact us to discuss the best options for shipping out of the USA 


Returned to Sender or Undeliverable Packages Policy

If any parcel is returned to us, due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer, we will refund the customer with the original amount less the cost of shipping. If the error were ours, we would provide a full refund. 


Shipping Damage:

In an unfortunate event that an order should arrive with transportation damage, we require that the damage be reported to us within 24 hours business days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company for the damages caused. Please keep all packaging. 


If you feel that your package has been lost during shipping, please notify us immediately. If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered, we must be notified within 2 business days so that we can inform the shipping company. We will only send out a replacement if the shipping company is unable to locate the package and validates that it has been lost. Killer Bee Airsoft will use the tracking information provided by the shipper as proof of delivery. Packages that have been signed for cannot be reported as lost as the signature obtained at the delivery address is proof of delivery. Packages that are redirected by the consumer are solely the liability of the consumer. They are not eligible for claims coverage in any way. Lastly, while we recognize that mail theft is an issue in some areas, but we cannot be held liable for packages that are stolen if tracking data states the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the consumer.


Misdelivered Packages: If you have mistakenly used the wrong address and do not contact us before shipping has occurred, you may try to contact the shipping company to make changes. Please be aware that there may be charges for these changes, and we can not be responsible. We cannot provide a refund for any order due to an incorrect address provided to us by you. 


Stolen Packages:

If you feel that your parcel has been stolen, please notify your local law enforcement promptly.  If you feel that your address may be unsafe to receive deliveries at we urge you to have parcels delivered to secure pick up locations such as a FedEx or UPS store. 


Missing Items: If merchandise is missing from your parcel, you must report to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel so we can look into the matter.
